Are the products certified & safe?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

H Digrek is accredited inspection body part and certification of management systems for food safety ISO 22000, working in accordance with the requirements of ISO 17021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our products are tested and safe for consumption, at least up to the date indicated on the product expiration date. On all of our products showing the date of expiry as well as the components that constitute it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

What is the degree Brix is listed on the products?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The degree Brix is a measurement of the refractive index of a liquid, which is related to the concentration of dissolved solids of. In the context of food, the degree Brix is often used for measuring the sugar content of fruit and vegetables. A Brix value of 23-30% means that the red peppers in brine containing 23-30% dissolved solids, by weight. This is a relatively high concentration of dissolved solids and suggests that the peppers are pretty sweet. The degree Brix of a food can be used for the determination of sweetness, maturity and quality.
